From Original Design
Provide us with anything from a napkin sketch to an architectural set, and we will work with you to provide the best possible drawings to suit your project. Even if you have only an idea of a remodel, we can help you start the process.
To Final Drawings
Once the drawings are approved, we will verify that the design works within the construction elements, and we will work with your contractor to assess field dimensions/conditions to insure accuracy going from design to final product.
And Support Into Production
We know construction is always in flux. We will continue to work with you after drawings are approved with any questions or references that would help you and your production team successfully complete the project.

FAQ
Our cloud based drafting service is currently in the final stages of beta testing. We are anticipating a public release of our project management software in Spring 2022.
When the online portal releases, you will be able to directly submit quote requests through your account page. In the meantime, please contact us at info@sageoceandraftworks with a description of the scope of work and any other documentation that will help us give you a more accurate estimate.
We are always available to address any questions or requests you may have regarding any of your current, past, or future projects. We can be reached by email at info@sageoceandraftworks.com and typically respond within 24 hours.
Our drafting portal is an online cloud-based service that tracks and displays information about every job you collaborate with us on. When you log on, you will have access to drawings and to information about everything from basic details of any given project, a timeline of events for any given project, a complete overview of all your projects across the board, financial/proposal/job tracking, and much more.
This service is currently in beta testing. If you have an account already, please LOGIN to your portal.
Timeframes are entirely dependent on the scope of the room/project. If you log on to your drafting portal, you will see running estimates for each room of each project that updates as our drafting schedule does (timeframes will generally tick down unless changes during the process extend the time needed to complete drawings).
Every project is slightly different, but follow the same principle. Each individual room is allotted a single round of revisions. Each additional round of redlines for that room will be assessed as a change order depending on the extent of the changes made.
We will always work with you to complete your project without having to incur any additional revisions. This might be as simple as suggesting we postpone revising a set of drawings until field dimensions are confirmed.

50% of Layout Total on Signing ($1,055.25)
50% of Layout Total on Upgrade ($1,055.25)
- Shop and designer drawings will be invoiced separately as they are completed.
Current Total $502.23
- Shop drawings can be upgraded to designer quality at anytime after project commences
at the prices listed in this proposal.
- Changes to project scope, even after this proposal is accepted, may affect the estimated
timeframe and could increase or decrease the costs accordingly.
- Site conditions and other production developments could affect the timeframes of our
drawing submittals. We will always notify you of any such developments.
- Depending on the extent of the redlines, revisions in addition to the ones included
could increase the overall room price.

DRAFTING STAGES
Our drawings are built up in layers to expedite drafting timeframes and reduce your exposure to errors.
Layout Stage
This simple set of drawings removes all visual features of the project and focuses on layout and dimensionality. The goal of this stage is to catch all errors early on when changes can be made very quickly and to provide blank set of drawings to note field dimensions or redlines.
Shop Quality Stage
This stage takes a confirmed layout and fills in all the information and details required to produce a cohesive set of shop drawings that all architects, designers, contractors, millworkers, fabricators, trades, etc. can easily understand. This format is the standard for most all projects.
Designer Quality Stage
This stage takes the shop drawings and adds the visual features to create designer quality drawings that higher end projects require. These drawings will have every feature Sage Ocean Draftworks provides and includes an additional round of redlines.
